What is ICAR AIEEA

Indian Council of Agricultural Research All India Entrance Examination for Admission or ICAR AIEEA is a nationwide admission test for admission to UG, PG and research programs at 75 agricultural universities, comprising 64 agricultural, veterinary, horticultural and state universities. Pesqueras (SAU), 4 ICAR-DU, i.e. IARI, IVRI, NDRI and CIFE, 3 central universities of agriculture (CAU, Imphal, Dr RPCAU, Pusa and RLBCAU, Jhansi), 4 central universities (CU) with faculties of agriculture (BHU, AMU, Viswa Bharati and Nagaland University). The entrance exam takes place in computer mode. In these universities, 15,000 undergraduate and 11,000 undergraduate places are offered.

Eligibility criteria for ICAR AIEEA UG Applicants should note that anyone who is ineligible at any stage of the admission process will not be considered for further selection.

Age Limit: The minimum age limit is 16 to be admitted.

 Nationality: Applicant candidate's nationality must be Indian only. 

Qualification: Applicants must have completed CBSE 10 + 2 education or any other recognized board in an English medium with at least three science subjects other than mathematics, physics, chemistry and biology. The minimum scores required for the class 12 exam to be admitted to the admission process are as follows. 

■ Qualification - class 12 

■ Qualification score for General / OBC / NCL: 50%

ICAR AIEEA UG: List of admission courses

 Applicants applying for admission to UG programs based on their performance in the AIEEA UG exam can gain admission to 11 undergraduate programs. For your convenience, the AIEEA UG exam is divided into two sections. The undergraduate programs offered in each of these streams are listed below:

Steps to fill in ICAR AIEEA: -

 Application form Candidates for ICAR AIEEA should know that the entire application form processing process will be carried out following four simple steps. These steps will help candidates get through the form filling step quickly and easily. Below are these steps for candidates to take this exam nationwide.

Step 1

The first step is to fill out the application form. To do this, applicants will first need to register on the official NTA website, i.e. https://icar.nta.nic.in For registration to be successful, applicants will need to add the required details and click the "Submit" button. With this, applicants will have access by logging into the NTA official website and will receive the application form. Subsequently, applicants will be able to complete the application form with the required details. Upon submitting the application form, applicants will be sent a system-generated application number. Applicants should note the number for later use. 

Step 2 

In the second stage, applicants must upload the required images. To do this, they will first need to scan these images and check the format and dimensions defined by NTA and upload them to the required location following the required procedure. These documents are the photograph and the signature of the candidates. Format details are provided below.

 Step 3

 In phase 3, applicants will have to make the required payment using their credit or debit card or the network banking system. Must use SBI / Syndicate / ICICI / HDFC payment gateways. Applicants can also pay via e-challan generated by the aforementioned payment gateways. It is important to keep proof of the fee paid until the entire process is complete. 

Step 4 

Once the entire procedure is successfully completed, a confirmation page will appear. Applicants should make a hard copy of this confirmation page generated on their screen. At least three copies must be printed to be on the safer side. Applicants should also know that these four steps can be performed together or separately at different times depending on their choice and convenience.

Documents required to upload the ICAR AIEEA application form 

Together with the application form, applicants must upload the scanned image of the following documents: 

■ Stop Digital signatures must be attached to the application form in 3.5 * 1.5cm (specification) and the file size must be between 4kb and 30kb in JPG / JPEG format. 

■ Photography

 You need to upload a photo scanned in 3.5 * 4.5cm (specification). The image size must not exceed 200 kb and must be between 10 kb and 200 kb. 

■ Thumb print candidate 

The thumb print specification is 3.5 x 1.5cm. The left thumb impression is necessary for men. For women, a right thumb print is required. Upload your handwriting test Applicants must write the underlined part of the declaration in continuous letters and it must be scanned and uploaded. 

Note: The passport size image file must be less than 100KB and in jpeg format.



Important instructions for completing the ICAR AIEEA application form

 Here are the important instructions regarding the ICAR AIEEA application form - 
■ Applicants should be aware that they can only apply via the online mode. The testing authority will not accept any forms submitted in any way. 
■ A candidate may submit only one application form for a program. More forms will be subject to rejection by the authority.
 ■ It is important that applicants follow the rules and instructions prescribed on the NTA website and in the Newsletter. Anyone who does not follow the instructions will be disqualified from the exam. ■ Candidates are required to provide their correct and valid contact details, such as telephone number and email address, as all information will be distributed by them. 
■ Candidates should make sure they complete steps 2 and 3, as these two are mandatory steps that cannot be avoided. In this case, the ICAR AIEEA application form will be incomplete and candidates will not be considered eligible to take the exam.
 ■ The registration fee, once presented, will not be refunded in any way. Applicants should ensure that payment has only been made after their decision to grant entry has been confirmed and determined.
 ■ Documents to be attached to the form must be in the correct format and dimensions as defined by NTA. No other means of sending the images or documents requested will be accepted. 
■ A regular visit to the NTA website is essential for the latest exam information. 
■ The ICAR AIEEA application form must contain all valid and correct information of the applicants. Incorrect information can lead to cancellation of the application. 
■ No candidate can be entertained during the exam without a valid identity document and an ICAR AIEEA admission card.
 ■ On the day of the exam, candidates are not required to carry any device or device or document other than the AIEEA ICAR admission card and proof of identification. Those who are caught with unwanted documents will be responsible for the cancellation of the candidacy along with the punishment based on the degree of crime committed.

Take a hard copy of the admission card and keep it in a safe place for future use. □ After downloading the AIEEA admission card, applicants must perform the following steps: Paste a self-certified passport-size photo on the admission card in the space provided. Put your usual signature in the space provided. 
□ It also self-accredits the AIEEA admission card.

Universities that accept AIEEA ICAR scores 

Candidates who pass the AIEEA ICAR exam for admission to the UG course can gain admission to 11 degree programs (such as BSc, BTech, etc.). Courses offered at universities that accept AIEEA ICAR scores for admission include Agriculture, Horticulture, Forestry, Fisheries, Home Science, Sericulture, Agricultural Engineering, Dairy Technology, Food Science / Food Technology, Biotechnology, and the like. Applicants are informed that there are 71 agricultural universities and 102 ICAR institutes in India. Most agricultural universities accept ICAR AIEEA exam scores to select candidates for admission to the courses they offer.

AIEEA EXAM

Candidates can view ICAR AIEEA results by following the steps outlined below.
■  Enter the web address, for example www.icar.org and www.aieea.net in the search box of the browser. Now enter your application number and password to log in there. After entering the details, you will need to click on the "Result" tab. 
■ After clicking, the ICAR AIEEA result will appear on the screen. Applicants will now need to download the ICAR AIEEA results for further reference. 

Note: The AIEEA ICAR scorecard will not be published or mailed, applicants will need to view their results online. 

ICAR AIEEA consultancy 

The online consultancy process for ICAR AIEEA will start provisionally, in the first week of July. To receive advice, each candidate must register on the ICAR website. Applicants will be notified of their consulting appointment based on their overall ranking.
■  Each candidate must download the invitation letter. Applicants should bring a printed copy of their meeting letter to the counseling session. Places will be assigned to candidates based on their preferences and the number of places available.
■  ICAR AIEEA advisory procedure After qualifying for the AIEEA ICAR exam, applicants should download the advisory invitation letter from the official ICAR website. 
■ During the counseling, candidates should have their counseling call letter with them. Below are instructions to download the ICAR AIEEA counseling call letter: Go to the official ICAR website.
■  To download the advisory letter, click on the "ICAR AIEEA Advice Call Letter" link. Applicants will now need to log in by providing their application number and password. Then click the "Download Warning Call Letter" button. The ICAR AIEEA warning letter will appear on the screen. Applicants should now download and take a hard copy of the meeting letter and keep it for the advisory round.

■ The consultancy for ICAR AIEEA will take place online. The total number of places available for admission to agricultural universities would be less than the number of candidates declared qualified by the ICAR. All applicants who have obtained 50% or more in the General and UPS categories and 40% in the ST / SC / PC category will be called for advice.

 ■ If the number of applicants is not sufficient to participate in the assessment, the competent authority, DDG, Agril. Edn, he has the power to lower the minimum grades.
