Admission process to the Master of Agriculture step by step
The admission process for the Master of Agriculture program considers the performance of the following entrance exams in addition to the candidate's graduation score:
ICAR AIEEA: The Agricultural Research Council of India organizes the Entrance Exam for All India Agriculture (AIEEA). Applications for these are released in February and the exam is scheduled for April.
AGRICULTURAL: Acharya N.G. Ranga Agricultural University for Masters in Agriculture. The entrance exam is held in July, for which application forms are invited from May / June.
MCAER PG CET: The Maharashtra Agricultural Research and Education Council (MCAER) conducts a joint postgraduate admission test for Master of Agriculture. Questions for these are generally available in March and the exam is held in May.
Cost of the Master of Science in Agriculture in India:
Fees for the master's degree program in agriculture may vary depending on the university or college in which the student is willing to enroll. Often the cost of the course varies depending on the materials and conference times provided by the university to complete the course.
The average course fee charged by various public and private universities starts at INR 50 thousand - 2 Lakhs per year and is also subject to a decrease based on the scholarships offered by the universities.
